Combat Fitness Challenge- Lose 10lbs in 10 Weeks-

2010 is right around the corner and we will kick of the year by starting a new challenge. Lose 10lbs in 10 weeks will start January 18th, 2010 and will be limited to 20 Women that want to get in shape and are not afraid to accept the challenge.
It will be a combination of our women only bootcamp and our kickboxing classes. It will also include a nutrition program designed to help you lose weight and get fit.
